•Deposit: A $25 deposit is required to book all appointments. This amount will be applied to your total payment.
*You can pay the deposit via Cash app $shugas, Venmo @Shugas or Zelle sheila denise johnson (916) 541-0392 please pay when you book an appointment*
•Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service to fit the remaining time.
• No-Show Policy: If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be considered a “No-Show”, and your deposit will be non-refundable.
